Sustainable design and feasibility proposal for a new luxury hotel
The new luxury hotel utilises the existing topography of the site enhancing and celebrating its unique form. All 400 rooms are to have a magnificent sea view and terraces. The hotel design is following the green agenda of the client. Green roofs with integrated amenity facilities conceal the development from view when approaching from the land. The introduction of natural and local materials will assist to blend in the building with the landscape even further.
The project also includes the integration and transformation of existing ruins previously forming part of a natural port into hotel-related beach restaurant facilities adjacent to the coastal path.
The architectural, landscaping and interior concepts of the building have evolved in collaboration with London based property branding, marketing and visualisation company interpretations and hotel operator Whyndham Worldwide.
