Redevelopment of Residential complex
The former post office building in the little village of South Rauceby is redeveloped into a mixed-use residential/work place for textile designer John Miles and his partner.
The existing four buildings are co-joined into one continuous expanded volume framing and clarifying the existing courtyard condition. New structural systems work to support the existing buildings and form the new studio spaces.
Only the guesthouse will remain separate, providing privacy for long-term guests.
