New residential development
Carryduff, from Irish: Ceathrú Aodha Dhuibh, meaning ‘Black Hugh’s quarter’ is a small town and townland in County Down, Northern Ireland, about 10 kilometres south of Belfast city centre. with a population of about 7,000 people.
Our innovative approach is targeting all aspects of sustainability for the proposed 70 dwellings in accordance with the brief. We understand team effort and it is our aim to complete this scheme with its residents and to create adaptable homes within a high-quality public realm setting.
Future residents cannot only choose the ‘dress’ of their house from sustainable resources; they are encouraged to actively participate in the design process.
