Redevelopment, Loft conversion, New Rear Extension
The existing three-story building is redeveloped into two 2 double-bed room maisonettes with ensuite bathroom and external amenity space. The development includes the reorganisation of the existing plan layout, a new loft conversion and a single story extension.
We were able to increase the volume by nearly 100cbm without the need of planning application (normally only up to 50cbm). Using the planning policy the existing volume was enlarged by 15%. Our design was confirmed by a certificate of lawful development.
