Re-submission of Planning application, Design, Building control and Site supervision
The client approached leit-werk to prepare Detail Design including Building Control for the residential development of twelve 2-bed room apartments and underground parking. An optimized apartment layout was further developed with an additional double bedroom per flat.
Constant site monitoring and regular meetings with the client and sub-contractors ensured that the construction process was on time and quality standards were met.
All units were sold within one month after completion of construction.
